December 19, from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm MST, and you’re invited! This is your chance to deepen your skills, reconnect with the ToP community, and explore how others are applying the Focused Conversation and Consensus Workshop methods in impactful ways.
What’s in Store?
This session is completely free to attend! Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or looking to brush up on your skills, our Community of Practice is designed to help you advance your facilitation journey.

Our first (official) meeting will be November 4th, 1 pm - 2 pm. Our meetings will be on the first Monday of the month from 1 pm to 2 pm.
If you attended the first CoP, you should have automatically gotten a calendar invite for the Teams Meeting. If you didn't get the invite and would like to participate in the monthly CoP please email me at kaela.schommer@mt.gov and I will send it to you!
For this first CoP, we need to develop a mission statement, and there is no better than to utilize our ToP skills!
Is there a person or persons who would be willing to lead us in a focused conversation or a condensed Consensus Workshop to craft a mission statement?
Please email me if you are interested in doing so.
Attached is a PDF containing the norms and purposes we brainstormed in our first meeting.
