Morning all, 

I am looking for standing order templates, I am needing: 

• TB ppd testing standing order
• BP monitoring and referral standing order
• BG testing standing order
• Foot check and nail care standing orders

If anyone has any they'd be willing to share I'd greatly appreciate it!

Also if anyone knows of any sites that may have a database of standing orders for Public Health entities I'd love to get hooked up with that too, I am already in with immunize.org for vaccine standing orders but struggling to find others.
