Communication Training Series - Session Two: Audience and Listening

This is the second session in a free three-part Communications Training Series. 

Session 2: Audience and Listening will take place Wednesday, Nov. 20th from 2pm – 3pm. 

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

  • Recognize and adapt to different contexts and settings.
  • Identify various communication styles and understand their impact on interactions.
  • Develop awareness of self-presentation, including body language, tone, and word choice to communicate.
  • Understand how to use both verbal and non-verbal cues to reinforce their message.
