Understanding and Using the Montana Public Health Wage Study

This training will provide public health managers and other personnel with information gleaned from the workforce wage study to advocate for change.

Objectives:

Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:

• Describe at least one of the methods used to collect information for the Montana Public Health Workforce Wages Reported in 2022-2023
• Describe at least one of the methods used to classify and summarize information for the Montana Public Health Workforce Wages Reported in 2022-2023
• Describe at least one of the main findings from the Montana Public Health Workforce
• List one or more ways that the report can be used by local health departments
