I work with a terrific team here at the System Improvement Office, and have been for just over 4 years. In my work life, my strength has always been managing expectations and customer service - for internal and external customers. I see challenges as opportunities and use a systems thinking approach to life in general.
In my personal life, family is everything. My passion is horses - specifically Thoroughbred race horses. Lately, I have caught the barrel racing bug and am loving it! My motto is to always be fair and kind. Never settle for finishing within the body of the race, strengthen your position for a win. --ps. my picture was back in about 1989-90 with my first runner "Seven Five and Change"
